    Hmmm!! True. Human resource management is one of the most challenging because it is the most difficult in implementing redundancy measures. For example you are handling a building project and in the foundation laying phase, it has been estimated, the number of blocks needed to finish that phase within a time limit but the bricklayers refused to show up giving one excuse or the other and u need to give a positive report to the stakeholders? It can be very challenging.thats why you must have a plan B from a proactive standpoint
