NOVA DIAMOND FOUNDATION is a Non-Governmental Organisation, partnering with AMBIENCE OF HOPE EXCEPTIONAL FOUNDATION (AHEF) to empower market women and men and also get involved in the Operation Feed the South Initiative.
The Ambience of Hope Exceptional Foundation (AHEF) is a dedicated organization committed to creating an atmosphere of hope for those who feel hopeless, defending the defenceless, and providing a voice for the voiceless. AHEF envisions a world where individuals are empowered to overcome their challenges and where their rights and voices are recognized and respected.
The Foundation, Ambience of Hope Exceptional Foundation, in the bid to achieve their set goals initiated HOPE PROJECT 2022. This is an initiative aimed and targeted towards shifting focus away from white-collar jobs, empowering skilled workers and alleviating poverty to its barest minimum, thereby establishing our core mandate, vision and mission in the community, Nigeria and the world at large.
Nova Diamond Foundation’s belief in the transformative potential of education and training by equipping individuals with practical skills, enhancing their employability and empowering them to lead self-sustaining lives prompted the need to collaborate with AHEF for the actualization of the HOPE PROJECT’s goals and objectives.
Hope Project empowerment project’s focus is targeted towards two different categories:
1. Employment
To achieve the desired goals and objective of the project, Nova Diamond Foundation will be creating over 200 job employment opportunities. The employed staff will be deployed into consortiums/groups for effective mobilization, documentation and management of the beneficiaries. The consortium comprises:
- Consortium Manager
- Consortium Secretary
- Consortium Treasurer
These three members of each consortium will mobilize, coordinate and manage 1,000 beneficiaries.
At the top of the ladder are:
- Zonal Supervisors and
- State Administrator
Their roles are to supervise and coordinate the effective implementation of the project.
2. Empowerment:
NOVA DIAMOND FOUNDATION in conjunction with AMBIENCE OF HOPE EXCEPTIONAL FOUNDATION (AHEF) is set to empower over 70,000 households within Lagos, Ogun and Oyo metropolises. This will be done systematically through advocacy, awareness, mobilization, profiling and recommendations for empowerment.
